By using MemoAssist App, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
The MemoAssist App (App) and all related rights, such as trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the App and its associated software, belong to Hart Designs IVS, Tingmosen 3, 3500 Værløse, Denmark (Service Provider).
You are granted a non-exclusive and indivisible right to use the App on any smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) you own or control in the context of these terms of use and the Danish copyright laws. You may not distribute the App or make it available over a network. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or sell this App. You may not seek to derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of this App.
Any violation of these Terms of Use and / or violation of the Danish Copyright Act will automatically terminate your right to use the App under these terms of use.
